- 400 Gram Noodles
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 80 gm onion (2 large)
- 2 tbsp Garlic paste
- 25 gm ginger
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- 250 gm boneless Chicken (small size)
- 100 gram Prawns (fresh)
- 150 gram Bean sprouts
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp green Coriander leaves
- 2-tsp Maggi masala (you can use 1 tsp Garam masala instead of this also)
- Salt (as per taste)
Procedure: Chinese Chicken Noodles Recipe in easy way
First of all take a fresh pan, & boil the boneless chicken and prawns separately in it.
After boiling keep it aside to cool, also boil the noodles separately with few drops of cooking oil, so that it does not stick together, and set it aside for further process.
chop the onion and green chillies, as well as the ginger and coriander leaves.
Take a fresh pan, heat it on flame, after heating, add 1 tsp of oil and heat it, after the oil is heated add chopped onion, chopped chilli and ginger and stir it till it turns light brown, Don’t Roast it.
After that put bean sprouts in it and cook it for the next 1 minute, so that it becomes soft, then add boiled boneless chicken and cook for 2 minutes, then add the prawns along with lemon juice and cook again for the next 2 minutes.
Add garlic paste in it, and mix it well along with 2 tsp Maggi Masala or 1 Tsp Garam Masala and salt (as per your taste), and cook it for the next 2 minutes, after 2 minutes, now it is time to add noodles, so we will add our noodles along with soya sauce in small – small quantity so it does’t break and keep stirring, take care of your noodles friend, do not break, so mix them well with a light hand and cook for the next 3 to 4 minutes.
Now your dish is ready, serve it hot, with green chutney or sauce.
