 Asafoetida also helps to regain memory loss and damage to the brain. It has been also found to be a good source of antioxidants. It has high amounts of phenolic compounds, like tannins and flavonoids, which are known for their potent antioxidant effects.

The most common uses of asafoetida are helping with indigestion. In one study, some adults facing problems of indigestion, started taking 250 mg capsules containing asafoetida twice a day and it reported significant improvements in bloating, digestion, and it all only happens in 30 days.

There are some veggies, like Onion and Garlic, which can cause indigestion and IBS problems in our bodies. So as you know very well, the asafoetida is good indigestion, so it helps to reduce symptoms associated with IBS.

Asafoetida also helps in low Blood pressure by relaxing the Blood Vessel. It also helps in Antifungal and  Antibacterial Problems.
